• I am an instructional designer with a unique education experience and seventeen years of technical and vocational background in design, development, and delivery.

• Hold a Master's Degree in Instructional Design & Educational Technology, Bachelor's Degree in Education, majoring in Technical Training Development and Performance Improvement, and Associate Degree in Applied Science.

• I am a certified Online Instructional designer with an emphasis on XR (Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, & Internet of Things).

• I am experienced in project management (internal and vendor), use of online course development, learning management systems, and educational software.

• I have proven skills and competencies in smart learning curriculum design and development, virtual reality (VR) course design, VR-based projects, and vendor management.

• I am dedicated to enthusiastic and dynamic training program development and design strategies to maximize performance improvement.

• Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.

This e-Portfolio aims to provide information on my course work during the degree program. It showcases the vital work and the justifications, decisions, and research process before and during each project's development stage.

This e-Portfolio is organized per the requirements and rules provided by the EDTC degree program. This e-Portfolio is organized in the following hierarchy structure:
