In this project I was tasked with designing instructional training with a targeted audience. The training materials I developed are ideal for a 45 minute face-to-face interactive training. There were five instructional units composed structuring the framework of the training including identifying the training’s goals, performance objectives, intended audience, media selection and delivery system. The ultimate goal for the training is to teach employees how to create an employee website, using Google Sites, to help increase the communication between employees, SMEs, and proponents. Since the training will be delivered face-to-face an instructor’s guide and student guide was developed that included step-by-step instructions along with screen shot images for each step.

Project Description: Students will design and develop an interactive multimedia object for a specific instructional need. A learning object is an instructional unit of an online course (or a small part of supplemental material used in face-to-face courses) that can be reused by another course or for other instructional purposes. The interactive multimedia object will be developed based on a design document and a research-based design rationale, and will undergo an evaluation process at the end.

Project description: An e-learning training module with various practical lessons titled "How to improve team performance." This training will benefit many employees, project leads, team members, or any organization that desires to enhance their group's or team's performance to achieve positive outcomes. This training module will entail topics or lessons on defining small groups, identifying team problems, mitigation strategies, creating workable solutions, and expectations of virtual teams. This training is essential because we all go through the experience of working with project teams to achieve a common positive goal. It will help ease the challenging moments of critical deadlines and milestones with positive memories and a celebrative manner.
